Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before being sent to the carrier’s sort facility.. During peak seasons or for popular items with low stock, processing may take up to 10 days.
We ship only on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. Once processing has started, we cannot modify your order, including address changes.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking details to update once your order has been shipped. If your tracking has not updated within 5+ business days, please contact us.
Shipping time estimates do not include the 2-3 day processing period.
Cylaria cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather conditions, holidays, labor strikes, or postal disruptions.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Please note: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused, the recipient will be responsible for import taxes and return shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While Cylaria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to your shipping carrier.
When reviewing lost or damaged package claims, we rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations. If an issue is not reported promptly, we may not be able to honor your claim.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. If an incorrect address is submitted and the order is processed, we cannot retrieve or modify it.
